Les sujets BPM me tiennent à cœur en raison de mon rôle. Philip a une approche cool et détendue et explique très bien les sujets abordés. Il dose les connaissances à un bon rythme et en quantité. Tout fonctionne, rien ne tombe en panne, il n'y a pas de retard et vous n'avez pas à vous préoccuper de la technologie, vous pouvez simplement vous concentrer sur la matière.
