The course "Scrum for the Advanced Scrum Master + Preparation for PSM II" is aimed at experienced Scrum Masters who wish to broaden their competencies, gain a deeper understanding of how Scrum operates, and become true leaders in the agile approach. The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide in line with the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial in the context of the PSM II exam. Participants acquire practical knowledge regarding complexity, empirical approach, Scrum values, and the role of the Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares participants for the PSM II exam, which is based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide.

This intensive two-day program is tailored to assist teams integrated into an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile framework by leveraging methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain insights into functioning effectively as an Agile Team, managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. A key focus of the course is on comprehending the team's contribution to the ART, as well as fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in conjunction with other teams.

The training equips teams to actively participate in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completing the course, participants will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
