Requirements
Target Audience
This course is intended for:
- Individuals with a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
The training prepares participants for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge certification exam, which is included in the course fee. This certification validates updated knowledge of the ITIL framework and supports further career advancement in service management.
Participant Preparation
Participants must possess a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. No additional preparation is required prior to attending the course.
Examination Process
Participants are provided with an exam voucher valid for six months, offering flexibility in choosing a suitable exam date.
Following the training, participants will receive guidance on how to register for the exam. Scheduling is managed directly via the PeopleCert platform using an individual account. The exam is administered online under remote proctoring. A PeopleCert proctor monitors the session via webcam and secure connection. Prior to the exam, participants must verify their identity and show their surroundings to ensure compliance with exam regulations.

- Passing score: 65% (requiring at least 13 correct answers)
