This two-day program is tailored to assist teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile setting by utilizing frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain insights into functioning as Agile Teams, managing backlogs, and successfully planning and carrying out iterations. The curriculum also highlights the importance of comprehending the team’s role within the ART and fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement with peer teams.

The training equips teams to engage in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level activities, with a strong emphasis on preparing for PI planning sessions. Finishing the course also readies participants for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.
