Module 1 – AIS for Functional Application in R/3 (2h)
- Examination of R/3 processes and data tables pertinent to audit activities.
- Capturing functional evidence via standard SAP GUI transactions.
Module 2 – Process-Oriented Access Management (2h)
- Role architecture and access control implementation using PFCG and SU01.
- Utilizing SU53 and SUIM for swift diagnostic analysis.
- Developing a RACI matrix by process and addressing “pragmatic” SoD issues.
Session 2 (4h)
Module 3 – FI/CO with a Control Focus (2h)
- Configuration of OB52, tolerance limits, and accounting authorizations.
- Journal entry approval workflows and evidence generation.
- Tracking change traceability in accounting masters and bank accounts.
Module 4 – MM/SD with a Control Focus (2h)
- MM: Purchase release strategies, price modifications, and condition management.
- SD: Credit limit enforcement, pricing structures, and discount conditions.
- Generating evidence through change documents, system logs, and reports.

Module 5 – Logs and Operational Evidence (3h)
- Applying SM20 (what, who, when) to functional scenarios.
- SCU3: Monitoring changes in master data (vendors, customers, materials, conditions).
- STAD/ST03N: Analyzing transaction execution patterns.
- Exporting data (ALV/CSV/PDF) and compiling supporting annexes.
Module 6 – Quality Assurance and Testing (1h)
- Designing test cases with defined acceptance criteria and minimal evidence requirements.

- Mini-project: Simulating purchase and sales cycles with exceptional scenarios.
