This instructor-led live training, available either online or on-site, caters to participants at both beginner and advanced levels. The skills and tools acquired can be directly applied to daily tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.

Upon completion of this training, participants will be capable of:

• Increasing the volume of work items completed within a given time frame.
• Shortening the duration required to finish work items.
• Enhancing work predictability (offering more accurate answers to 'When will it be completed?').
• Monitoring flow metrics (such as throughput, lead time, work in progress, and work item age).
• Applying flow charts (including Cumulative Flow Diagram, Lead Time Histogram, and Work Aging Chart).
• Employing statistical forecasting techniques, such as Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreement.
• Methodologically designing a Kanban System using STATIK.
• Grasping Little's Law, which explains the characteristics of value flow.

This intensive two-day program is tailored to assist teams integrated into an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile framework by leveraging methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain insights into functioning effectively as an Agile Team, managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. A key focus of the course is on comprehending the team's contribution to the ART, as well as fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in conjunction with other teams.

The training equips teams to actively participate in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completing the course, participants will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
