Whether delivered online or on-site, our instructor-led live Kanban (看板) training courses utilize interactive discussions and hands-on exercises to demonstrate how Kanban can enhance working environments. These sessions equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to apply Kanban effectively in your role, teaching you how to determine immediate priorities, schedule future tasks, and eliminate items from your to-do list that no longer provide value.
Kanban training is offered in two formats: "online live training" or "onsite live training." Online live training, also known as "remote live training," is conducted through an interactive remote desktop. Onsite live training can be delivered directly at your premises in Lyon or at NobleProg corporate training centers in Lyon.
