Whether delivered online or onsite, instructor-led Kanban training provides practical demonstrations and interactive discussions to show how Kanban can enhance workplace environments. This course equips you with the skills and knowledge necessary to apply Kanban principles, helping you prioritize immediate tasks, schedule less urgent work for later, and permanently remove items that no longer require attention.
Kanban training is offered as "online live training" or "onsite live training". Online sessions (also known as "remote live training") are conducted via an interactive remote desktop. Onsite training can be held locally at your premises in Lyon or at NobleProg corporate training centers in Lyon.
