The second module, lasting two days, allows participants to master practical service operations through hands-on laboratory exercises. These exercises provide detailed insight into the configuration of SIP telephony architecture components, SIP signaling at both message sequence chart and internal message structure levels, and assist in understanding typical issues and troubleshooting, including security and telecom fraud aspects. Trainers will share their extensive experience in launching, operating, and managing SIP telephony, covering virtualization and cloud-based solutions. The practical component utilizes both SIP hardphones and softphones, along with IP telephony servers (Asterisk and Freeswitch). Participants will configure VoIP systems using IP telephones, softphones, and voice-enabled Cisco routers. While primarily designed as a generic VoIP course, it leverages Cisco equipment to establish an IP backbone and voice gateways; we also offer Cisco-specific voice training options.
