5- Analysis
A- How we create our own stress: subjective perception. Video: (How to Make Stress Your Friend). Method: NLP.
B- How our strengths can backfire: different communication styles (DISC) and their pitfalls.
C- Understanding our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, and team.
D- Inventory of productive stress situations.
E- How to optimize positive stress.
6- Empowerment
A- Interviews (in pairs / debriefing): Discover your skills and key strengths.
