Introduction

Stage 1: Understanding Yourself

To understand others, you must first have a solid understanding of yourself, your behaviors, and your needs.

  1. Team members complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING survey.
  2. Individual meeting for team members: a one-on-one session with a certified PRISM trainer to review the report.

During the meeting, each participant will discover:

  • Their strengths, potential weaknesses, and challenges in action and cooperation with others.
  • The extent to which they fully utilize their potential.
  • Actions that may be stressful.
  • The work environment in which they feel most comfortable.
  • What they need to cooperate and communicate effectively with others.

Two meetings for the leader:

  1. Reviewing the report as described above, along with an assessment of leadership style, its strengths, and potential challenges or difficulties arising from this approach.
  2. Comparing the leader's preference profile with the team's preference results. During the meeting, the leader will gain a clearer understanding of how their leadership style may impact the team.

Stage 2: Understanding The Team

To truly understand others, it is valuable to explore the similarities and differences between yourself and other team members. Similarities build understanding, while differences help reveal alternative perspectives on the same issues, fostering creativity and innovation.

  1. Training with workshop elements covering the characteristics of different behavioral preferences, their interdependencies, and their impact on communication and cooperation with others. Through this segment, participants will build a foundation for understanding the origins of human behaviors and attitudes, helping them remain open to diverse approaches.
  2. Discussion on individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and cooperation difficulties. Identifying similarities and significant differences within the team.
  3. Discussion on cooperation challenges and finding solutions to them.
  4. Learning and analyzing the team profile according to PRISM, including team strengths, potential weaknesses, communication needs, and cooperation requirements.
  5. Identifying areas where the team wishes to enhance its efficiency and analyzing how the team can utilize its strengths to achieve this.

Stage 3: Effective Communication With The Client

A thorough understanding of your strengths, needs, and challenges, combined with a better grasp of diverse perspectives within the team, provides a solid foundation for better understanding clients and tailoring communication methods to them. This enables more effectively addressing their needs and offering the best services and products to solve their most significant problems.
During the training, participants will:

  • Discuss challenges in working with clients and their underlying causes.
  • Learn to identify different clients' behavioral preferences and tailor communication methods accordingly.
  • Determine which messages encourage a client with specific preferences to open up, and which to avoid as they may hinder cooperation.
  • Practice various forms of messages dedicated to different client types, learning how to better tailor communication methods to the client.
  • Work on examples of client interactions from their own experiences and develop new strategies for similar situations based on the knowledge gained during the training.
