A key focus of the course is on comprehending the team's contribution to the ART, as well as fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in conjunction with other teams.
The training equips teams to actively participate in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completing the course, participants will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
