Très concrète et axée fonctionnel / vue RH : c'est ce qui m'avait manqué jusque là dans mon onboarding HRSD Notamment, j'ai apprécié la mise en situation avec un cas pratique : => création d'un ticket par le RH lui-même, qui reçoit un appel téléphonique d'un salarié => vision globale par le RH, au travers du Agent Workspace (/now/hr/agent/home) => dashboard RH : SLA à risque, etc => vision RH du cycle de vie (Lifecyle Events) Par ailleurs, Arnaud a su nous donner un certain nombre de conseils dans le cadre de notre projet Harmonie (portail RH Orange) pour nos ateliers ainsi que pour la config. Enfin, les interventions des autres personnes (qui sont majoritairement des RH de chez Orange, donc des clients du projet Harmonie) m'ont aidé à mieux m'imprégner de leurs attentes.
