  • Features of a successful trainer
  • Managing a training program
  • Difficulties and ways to overcome them

  • It will help you build an effective training program and deliver it in a manner tailored to the needs of the group you are addressing;
  • You cope with difficult situations that may arise during a training program;
  • Identify your own strengths and capitalize on them in adult learning.

  • Some experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or presenting in a professional setting.
